Q: I have an expired ad that continues to run on my site. How can I remove it?
A: Please refresh your browser cache. If you still see the old ad it's likely that the ad cache for your blog is still not refreshing. We apologize for this problem. You can manually expire the Blogads cache by making any change to your adstrip: changing the status/position of a running ad, accepting a new ad or pressing the "proceed" button on both pages of the relevant "customize adstrip" sequence will do the trick.
