Q: I made a mistake and I need to delete one of my adstrips. I do not see a option to do this. What do I do?
A: Only Blogads employees can delete adstrips. (This is to prevent the accidental deletion of adstrips with paid ads running in them.) Please be sure that the adstrip has no running ads and that you have at least one other adstrip under the same "blog" within your account. Contact us via http://web.blogads.com/ba_contact_us. Before contacting Blogads please rename the adstrip you want to delete to "DELETE." To rename your adstrip, log into your Adstrips page and click on "customize adstrip" to the right of the adstrip you want to rename - be sure to save your changes.
